Alalunga (Orcynus Alalunga Gm.), ein dem Thunfische verwandter Streichfisch im Mittelmeere, der eingesalzen verfahren wird, aber gekocht nicht rothes Fleisch, wie der Thunfisch, sondern weißes hat.
