Beef-Tea

Beef-Tea (engl., spr. Bihstih), Aufguß von heißem Wasser auf mageres, in Scheibchen geschnittenes Rindfleisch, mit Gewürz versetzt u. erkaltet, worauf das Wasser abgeschöpft wird. Kann wieder gewärmt u. als Thee getrunken werden.
