Calpurnĭa lex, 1) C. l. de repetundis, vom Volkstribun L. Calpurnius Piso 149 v. Chr. eingebracht, daß keine obrigkeitliche Person od. deren Begleiter in den Provinzen gesetzwidrig ein Geschenk annehmen solle; 2) Acilia Calp. de ambitu, s.u. Ambitus 1; 3) C. l. militaris, daß commandirende Oberfeldherren den Hülfsvölkern, die sich unter ihrem Commando ausgezeichnet hatten, das römische Bürgerrecht ertheilen könnten.
