Ciacconius (Chacon), Peter, geb. 1525 in Toledo; verbesserte auf Befehl Gregors XIII. mit anderen Gelehrten den Kalender u. st. 1581 in Rom; er gab den Tertullian, Cäsar u.a. römische Schriftsteller mit Bemerkungen heraus; seine Opuscula, Rom 1586, 1608, n. A. Amsterdam 1689.
