Conglomerāte, Gesteine, wo abgerundete Stücken od. Geschiebe anderer Felsarten durch ein Bindemittel, gewöhnlich Thon, Mergel od. Kalk, mit einander verkittet sind; sie sind neptunische Bildungen u. treten bes. in den jüngeren Formationen auf.
