Glycerȳl, C6H7, Radical des Glyceryloxyds = C6H7O5, beide sind bis jetzt nur in Verbindung mit Wasser als Glyceryloxydhydrat od. Glycerin (s.d.) od. mit Säuren in der Form der natürlich vorkommenden Fette (s.d.) bekannt.
