Grot, 1) Silberscheide- u. Rechnungsmünze in Bremen 4 Pfennige Cour., 72 = 1 Thaler Gold, s.u. Bremen (Geogr.); 2) G. (Flämisch), früher eingebildete Münze in Hamburg, namentlich beim Zuckerhandel gleich 1/2 Schilling Banco gerechnet.
