Kistemaker, Joh. Hvacinth, geb. 1754 zu Nordhorn im Hannöverschen, wurde 1778 Lehrer am Gymnasium, dann Director, Professor der Theologie u. Canonicus zu Münster, 1816 Mitglied des Consistoriums der Provinz Westfalen, 1822 Domscholaster u. st. 1834; er schr. mehre Schul- (z.B. lat., deutsche, griechische Sprachlehre etc.), philologische (z.B. De origine ac vi verborum deponentium, Münst. 1791) u. theologische Schriften, übersetzte u. erklärte die Evangelien, ebd. 1818–20, 4 Bde.: Die Apostelgeschichte, ebd. 1821, 2. Aufl. 1826; Die Briefe der Apostel, ebd. 1822 f., 2 Bde.; auch (ohne Erklärung) als Übers, des N. T. für christlich-Schulen, ebd. 1825.
