Monogenist

Monogenist (v. gr.), Einer, welcher nach der Angabe der Bibel den einheitlichen Ursprung der Menschheit, d.h. aller Menschen von einem ursprünglichen Menschenpaar, annimmt; im Gegensatz zu Polygenist, s.d. Diese Theorie heißt Monogenismus.
