Polyĕdron (gr.), 1) s. Polyeder; 2) Stück Glas, welches auf der einen Seite flach, auf der anderen erhaben ist, aus vielen kleinen Flächen besteht u. die Gegenstände, welche dadurch angesehen werden, vervielfältigt. Vgl. auch Polyoptron.
