Reviczky, katholische, ungarische, 1770 in den ungarischen u. 1773 in den Reichsfreiherrnstand erhobene Familie, aus welcher der derzeitige Chef 1) Adam 1825 den ungarischen Grafenstand erhielt; er ist 1786 geboren, ist Staatsminister a. D. u. vormaliger außerordentlicher Gesandter zu Florenz, Modena u. Lucca, u. seit 1836 mit Sidonie geb. Freiin von Szumlanska vermählt. 2) Karl Emanuel Alexander, geb. 1737 in Ungarn, war lange kaiserlicher Gesandter in Warschau, Berlin u. London, lebte seit 1786 als Privatmann u. st. 1793 in Wien; er gab heraus: Specimen poeseos persicae, Wien 1771 (deutsch von I. Friedel, ebd. 1782); Bibliotheca graeca et latina, Berl. 1784, 2. Aufl. 1794; einzeln den Petronius, ebd. 1784.
