Transaction (v. lat.), 1) so v.w. Vergleicht 2) so v.w. Verhandlung, bes. solche, welche einem abzuschließenden Vergleiche vorausgehen. Daher Transactor, Vergleichsstifter, Schiedsmann, u. Transigiren, übereinkommen, sich im Guten vergleichen.
