Tyrrhēnus

Tyrrhēnus, Sohn des lydischen Königs Atys u. der Kallithea; führte bei einer entstandenen Hungersnoth Mäonier aus Lydien nach Etrurien, u. wo er sich niedergelassen hatte, wurde das Land nach ihm Tyrrhenia genannt.
