Pronŭba (lat., Ehestifterin), Beiname der Inno; Pronubac, bei den Römern Matronen, welche von Seiten der Braut die Hochzeitfeierlichkeit leiteten; Pronubus, Aufseher u. Zeuge bei Ehecontracten.
