Medigo, Jos. Salomo del M., geb. 1591 in Candia, aus einer aus Deutschland eingewanderten jüdischen Familie stammend, war 1624 Hausarzt beim Fürsten Radziwill, lebte dann lange in Amsterdam u. st. 1655 in Prag. Von seinen Schriften wurden herausgegeben: Elim u. Majan Gannim, Amsterd. 1629; Aufsätze über Philosophie, Kabbala etc., Basel 1629; Über hebräische Literatur, Berl. 1840, u.a.
