Önŏe, 1) Demos der Hippothoontischen Phyle in Attika, Grenzfestung gegen Böotien, am Kephissos; j. Ruinen Gysto-Kastro (Zigeunerthurm); 2) Demos der Äanthischen Phyle in Attika, welche mit Trikorythos, Marathon u. Probalinthos die zweite attische Tetrapolis bildete; sie lag 3/4 Meilen nordwestlich von Marathon, u. jetzt noch soll eine zerstörte Stadt auf einem Berge den Namen Ö. führen; 3) Ortschaft in Korinthia, j. wahrscheinlich Paleokastro am Vorgebirg Olmiä; 4) (Önus), Stadt in Lakonika, nordöstlich von Sparta, beim j. Tzitzina; 5) (Öne, Önōne), Stadt in Argolis, am Inachos, mit Tempel der Artemis, beim j. Katobelissi; hier soll Hercules die Jagd gegen den Hirsch mit goldenen Hörnern begonnen haben; 6) Ortschaft in Elis, an der Mündung des Silleïs; 7) Hafenort im Pontus Polemoniacus (Asien), an der Mündung des Önios, j. Unieh.
