Crucifĕri (lat., Kreuzträger), 1) Sklaven, die das Kreuz verdient hatten u. deswegen das Zeichen des Kreuzes auf den Kleidern tragen mußten; 2) (Mönchsw.), so v.w. Crucigeri.
