Publilĭa lex, 1) vom Volkstribunen Publilius Volero 472 v. Chr., daß die plebejischen Magistratspersonen in den Tribuscomitien gewählt werden sollten; 2) vom Dictator Q. Publilius Philo 339 v. Chr.: a) daß die Beschlüsse der Volksversammlung für das ganze Volk Gesetzeskraft haben sollten; b) daß die Vorschläge, welche in den Centuriatcomitien vorgetragen werden sollten, vor der Abstimmung die Einwilligung des Senats erhalten mußten; c) daß einer der Censoren aus den Plebejern gewählt würde.
