Geronĭum (a. Geogr.), Stadt der Samniter in Apulien; hier 217 v. Chr. festes Lager des Hannibal u. Niederlage desselben durch die Römer; beim jetzigen Torre di Zoppa, nach Anderen Lupara am Biferno.
